Welcome to the Something Club - a community where everyone becomes a climate leader, and everyone is welcome. 

Coming soon from Green Squirrel, The Something Club is the space you’ve been looking for to explore what climate action means to you and create incredible change - close to home, in your community and beyond. 

As a member of the Something Club you will:

- Build the practical skills that matter to you, from personal action to campaigning 

- Be inspired by expert speakers and ordinary people taking extraordinary action

- Find the right tools for you and your community to create change

- Grow your understanding of environmental justice and climate solutions 

- Fight burnout and build resilience to eco anxiety in a supportive and friendly community

As we prepare to launch this new community later this year, we’d like to give you a sneak peak of what we’ve got planned and how everyone can get involved. Everyone who joins this session will receive a free month’s membership when the Club launches, plus you’ll have the opportunity to win a permanent free membership. 

About the session:

This will be a friendly and informal zoom session and everyone is welcome. Feel free to join whilst you're eating your lunch or hanging out with your kids or pets! We will send you an email the week prior to the event with all the info you need to join us live. We will begin the session with a quick introduction to using zoom so that you feel comfortable taking part and asking questions.

This event is part of our Green Squirrel celebration - a four day extravaganza of virtual and in person events to celebrate, and thank everyone who has played a part in our work and to bring our community closer together as we embark on an exciting new project. We are very grateful for the support of the Community Fund.

Ar ddod yn fuan gan y Wiwer Werdd, ‘The Something Club’ yw’r lle rydych wedi bod yn chwilio amdano i ystyried beth mae gweithredu ar yr hinsawdd yn ei olygu i chi ac esgor ar newid anhygoel – ar garreg eich drws, yn eich cymuned a thu hwnt.

Fel aelod o ‘The Something Club’:

Byddwch yn meithrin y sgiliau ymarferol sy’n bwysig i chi, o weithredu personol hyd at ymgyrchu

Cewch eich ysbrydoli gan siaradwyr arbenigol a phobl arferol sy’n gwneud pethau anhygoel

Gallwch ddod o hyd i’r offer iawn i’ch galluogi chi a’ch cymuned i esgor ar newid

Cewch ddysgu mwy am gyfiawnder amgylcheddol ac atebion hinsawdd

Cewch fynd i’r afael â gorludded a gwella gwytnwch mewn perthynas ag eco-bryder mewn cymuned gefnogol a chyfeillgar

Wrth inni baratoi i lansio’r gymuned newydd hon yn ddiweddarach eleni, hoffem roi cipolwg sydyn ichi ar ein cynlluniau a sut y gall pawb gymryd rhan. Bydd pawb sy’n ymuno â’r sesiwn hon yn cael aelodaeth rad ac am ddim am fis ar ôl i’r clwb lansio, a hefyd byddwch yn cael cyfle i ennill aelodaeth barhaol rad ac am ddim.

Ynglŷn â’r sesiwn:

Sesiwn zoom gyfeillgar ac anffurfiol fydd hon, ac mae croeso i bawb gymryd rhan ynddi. Beth am ymuno â ni tra byddwch yn bwyta eich swper neu’n treulio amser gyda’ch plant! Wythnos cyn y digwyddiad, byddwn yn anfon e-bost atoch gyda’r holl wybodaeth y byddwch ei hangen i ymuno â ni’n fyw. Byddwn yn dechrau’r sesiwn trwy esbonio’n sydyn sut i ddefnyddio zoom, er mwyn ichi deimlo’n gyfforddus wrth gymryd rhan a gofyn cwestiynau.
