Virtual summer supper / Rhith-swper haf

We are teaming up with some of our foody favourites, Global Gardens, One Small Spoon and Lias Kitchen to bring you a beautiful virtual summer supper experience! 

You’ll be taken on an exploration of the gorgeous Global Gardens allotment site by Poppy, with sneak peeks in the polytunnel, a wander through the herb garden and find out what seasonal crops will be harvested for the supper.

Then we’ll be joined by Lia, from Lia’s kitchen who will be showing how to create some seriously delicious summer garden cocktails and mocktails using freshly picked garden herbs and flowers.

And then for the main course, Vaida from One Small Spoon will be sharing some seasonal summer recipes with vegetables and herbs grown on site.

This event is part of our Green Squirrel celebration - a four day extravaganza of virtual and in person events to celebrate, and thank everyone who has played a part in our work and to bring our community closer together as we embark on an exciting new project. We are very grateful for the support of the Community Fund.

Cewch eich tywys gan Poppy trwy randir godidog Global Gardens, gan gael cipolwg y tu mewn i’r twnnel polythen, crwydro trwy’r ardd berlysiau a gweld pa gnydau tymhorol a gaiff eu cynaeafu ar gyfer y swper.

Yna, bydd Lia o Lia’s Kitchen yn ymuno â ni. Bydd yn dangos sut i greu coctels a moctels hynod flasus trwy ddefnyddio perlysiau a blodau a fydd newydd eu hel yn yr ardd.

Ac yna, daw’r prif gwrs. Bydd Vaida o One Small Spoon yn rhannu ambell rysáit haf sy’n defnyddio llysiau a pherlysiau a dyfir ar y safle.

Nid digwyddiad byw mo hwn – byddwn yn rhyddhau fideos y swper haf o 6pm ddydd Gwener 19 Mehefin ar y cyfryngau cymdeithasol ac YouTube. Os ydych eisiau gwneud yn siŵr na fyddwch yn colli unrhyw beth, yna cofrestrwch er mwyn i’r dolenni gael eu hanfon yn syth i’ch mewnflwch.

Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn rhan o ddathliad y Wiwer Werdd – strafagansa bedwar diwrnod yn llawn rhith-ddigwyddiadau a digwyddiadau yn y cnawd i ddathlu a diolch i bawb sydd wedi cyfrannu at ein gwaith, a dod â’n cymuned yn nes at ei gilydd wrth inni gychwyn ar brosiect newydd cyffrous.
