How we store your data

Data stored temporarily:
- Cookies + Sessions during checkout (cleared afterwards)
- Photo ID if required to validate your order - deleted 90 days after the event.
- Some log files may contain your IP address for up to 180 days.
We ensure all data is securely handled, with any sensitive information encrypted in our secure, managed data centres.

Green Squirrel is committed to respecting your privacy. The information we collect about you will be used to fulfil the required services we provide and enable us to improve how, as an organisation, we communicate with you.

How do we collect information?
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Sometimes we will collect this information via paper sign in forms at our workshops and events. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

To be able to contact our Visitors and Participants with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

Personal information is stored on a company laptop fully secured with firewall and malware software and is locked when not in use and password protected.
How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email.
